Battalia Awarded 2025–26 Harold W. Dodds Fellowship

Michael Battalia has been awarded one of the 2025–26 Harold W. Dodds Fellowships, which recognize “exceptional students in their later years of study.” An honorific fellowship, the “Dodds Fellowship was established in 1957 by an anonymous donor to provide a fellowship fund in honor of Harold Dodds, fifteenth president of Princeton.” Battalia, who is preparing a dissertation entitled, “Modern Arab Intellectuals and the Making of Saudi Arabia, 1850–1950," has previously received Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad and Hyde Fellowships.
