Varak Ketsemanian successfully defended his doctoral dissertation, “The Armenian Constitutional Order in the Late Ottoman Empire: From Reform to Crisis,” at his Final Public Oral Examination held Thursday, May 26, 2022, via Zoom. The examination committee consisted of his advisor M. Şükrü Hanioğlu (NES), Michael Reynolds (NES), Jonathan Gribeta (NES), and Elizabeth Thompson (UVA).
