The Eliot Kalmbach ’09 Memorial Award, established in 2009 in memory of Eliot Kalmbach ’09 “for undergraduate travel and research to Turkey or other Turkic lands,” is being shared this year by Bowen Peard ’14 and Stephen Wood Jr. ’14, both history majors with special research interest in Turkey. Whitney Kalmbach Moore ’05 again generously funded the awards.
