Samin Rashidbeigi successfully defended her doctoral dissertation, “Convictions and Persuasions: Transfusion Technology and the Blood Donor in Modern Iran,” at her Final Public Oral Examination held on May 6, 2024. The examination committee consisted of her advisor, Behrooz Ghamari-Tabrizi, Katja Guenther (History), and Elise Burton (University of Toronto).
